Security

We take security seriously: IDC biometric entry systems, 24 x 7 on-site security, CCTV.

• Access: biometric entry systems control all access of personnel to the Internet Data Centre (iIDC).
   
  
• Monitoring: CCTV cameras monitor all external areas of the building, as well as key internal areas.
  
  
• Staffing: The IDC is manned 24x7, backed up by a dedicated security company.

"Biometric" entry system scans the fingerprint of authorised personnel wishing to access the data centre.

CCTV (i.e.Closed Circuit TV) system is only one part of Maxnet's sophisticated Bosch Secuirty System. Bosch are world leaders in security systems.
