• This offer applies to new connections on business and residential phone lines ordered between 21th October 2008 and 15th January 2009.
• New Connections must be MX/MX (Full Speed/Full Speed) to qualify.
• If the plan is downgraded below a MX/MX plan, or cancelled, within the first six months, a fee of $50 is payable.
• Further, a 12-month contract applies from connection date. If the connection is cancelled within 12 months, a $75 disconnection fee is payable.
• The line on which a qualifying connection is made must not have had a Broadband connection during the month immediately preceding the order date.
• Three months Free NetGuardian Standard service, thereafter $3.50 per month.
