Delete large attachments with Webmail Sometimes you can have trouble collecting your email because there may be a email with a large attachment in your mailbox which is blocking other mail from being downloaded.
- The symptoms of this may include:
- Your email times out or moves very slowly
- You get the same email messages over and over again.
- You only get some of your email and the email stops downloading at the same message.
- You connect okay but when downloading your email nothing seems to arrive, even though your mail program says that its receiving email.
To check this you can access all your email waiting in your mailbox via Maxnet's Webmail. Through Webmail you can read and reply to all your email online, and delete any large email your do not need, or that is blocking your email.

To access your email via Webmail:
Enter the Username and Password for the mailbox you want to view
Click on the email with a + which means there is an attachment.
You will be able to read the text of the email and can see the size of the attachments at the bottom in the attachment section.
Click "Delete" at the top to delete that email.
To delete several email at once from the Inbox, put a tick on the left hand side of each email you want to delete. Use the "Delete" button at the top delete all the messages.
 WARNING: Deleted messages are permanently gone and cannot be retrieved.
Click "Sign Out" at the top of the page to close your Webmail mailbox.
