Maxnet expands management team to cope with growth 

Maxnet CEO Brett Herkt is pleased to announce the promotion of two managers to new positions and the creation of two new management roles. These include chief operations officer, chief technical officer and systems and software development managers.

Over the past year, Maxnet has developed new high value services including enterprise level colocation services and virtual private server solutions. Herkt says "We have seen a surge of demand this year resulting in a doubling of our typical monthly sales of premium services and a tripling of our sales pipeline."

Current opportunities include high value proposals or partnerships with tier 1 IT integrators, Universities, major software companies and a raft of corporate and medium enterprises.

• Kim Thibault is now the Chief Operations Officer at Maxnet, overseeing all operational matters within the company.
• Derek Gaeth is now in the position of Chief Technical Officer at Maxnet, overseeing the technical teams within the company.
• Paul McGarrigle is the new Customer Services Manager, overseeing service delivery to SME and wholesale customers.
