You have a choice of two ISP services: virtual ISP services or wholesale ISP services.
We provide our services at discounted rates and you provide the support to your customers. Other than interacting with your customers, we take care of everything else.
You have the choice of the following services

- Email and Web Content Filtering Services
- ISP Customer Relationship Management and Billing
You receive your own realm for dial-up i.e. user@yourisp and your mail server is customised to display as your own i.e. pop3.yourisp.co.nz. The advantage of this is that if your business grows to the size where you want to set up your own radius servers, you can easily do so without having to change your customers settings.
You also have use of the ISP Centre for maintaining your customer base. You can

- Change accounts
- Suspend customers
- Change/Authenticate Passwords
- Manage all email
- See who is online
- Obtain Time Online summaries
- Download CSV Time Summaries for invoicing
We provide you with the raw materials of an ISP without the cost to set up and maintain your own core network.
You receive:
- Dial in lines for your clients (including ADSL)
- Redundant bandwidth links to the internet backbone
- The supporting network and routers to provision the service
- You also receive your own realm for dial-up i.e. user@yourisp
- Network support is provided by our team of skilled network technicians.
We maintain and provision the back end network of primary lines for
Dial-Up and ATM’s for bandwidth for you.
There are options for either providing your own or using our: radius servers, web and email servers and billing engine.
