Douglas Kemsley Non-Executive Director (Chairman) and Investor
Douglas was a founding Director of CA-Systems Limited, a start-up company which grew to be the major software supplier to NZ Chartered Accountants and which was eventually sold to publicly listed Australian company MYOB.
Martin Oxley Non-Executive Director and Investor
Martin was previously the founder and a Director of Marshal Software Ltd, a world leader in internet filtering software. Martin had an integral role in building Marshal Software into an international software security business, with sales channel in 35+ countries, prior to its sale to NetIQ for NZ$50 million in December 2002.
David Brown Non-Executive Director
David is a former Managing Director of publicly listed Amuri Corporation Limited and previously a Director of Mazda Motors NZ Ltd, NZ Vehicle Finance Limited, Regina Confectionary Limited and CA-Systems Limited. David is currently the Deputy Chairman of Gough Holdings Limited and is on several private company boards and trusts.
Mike Chisholm Non-Executive Directorand Investor
Currently Mike is CEO of Acclipse Ltd, and his background includes several years in a chartered accounting practice, voluntary work in a Nepalese medical mission, financial controller of a medium-sized New Zealand business and one of the founders of CA-Systems. Mike considers the experience gained from growing and leading CA-Systems from a $1,200 startup to a $22 million sale to MYOB Limited as invaluable.
