Maxnet provides bandwidth to a range of web hosting companies, ISPs and hundreds of colocated servers within our Internet Data Centre. Our customers include significant New Zealand hosting companies who have been purchasing all their wholesale bandwidth from us for many years.

The major Telcos and other bandwidth providers typically purchase their upstream bandwidth from one source. This makes them and their customers vulnerable to outages should that upstream provider experience down time which occurs from time to time.
In addition the Telcos will not generally match our competitive pricing and have difficulty matching the flexibility with which we can customise solutions to suit your needs.
We have invested heavily in developing a carrier grade network with a high level of bandwidth redundancy in order to offer you peace of mind. We also back up our service commitments with comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) that give our wholesale customers rebates and a cancellation clause in the event of unreasonable down-time or quality issues.
We believe we are the only NZ wholesale bandwidth provider supplying such a comprehensive SLA. Years of feedback from outside sources and customers won from competitors has confirmed our position of strength in this market.
